寻乌新纪元磁材有限公司是一家新成立的专业生产高纯铁精矿和永磁铁氧
体粘结磁粉厂家。寻乌县河道拥有丰富的河沙铁精矿，资源总量为50万吨以上
。该河沙矿为当地特有的天然铁矿资源，铁矿具有解体性好、易分选、纯度高
、不含有害杂质元素、活性好，是生产磁性材料的优质原材料。公司下属企业
——寻乌县鸿基矿业有限公司于2000年已取得了该河道铁沙开采权，高纯铁精
矿年产量为一万吨。
2005年公司采用国外先进工艺流程，投资新建了一条年产一万吨粘结磁粉
生产线，产品广泛用于制作各类橡胶磁体，如磁性广告牌、磁性标签、磁性公
仔、磁性文具等。流程基本实现了封闭式生产，生产流程中产品不受污染，保
证了产品质量。

iron ore and permanent magnetic ferrite
powders used for bonded magnets. The sand of rivers in Xunwu
county is abundant in iron ore whose gross amount is over 500
thousand tons. The iron ore in the rivers is very suit to produce
magnetic materials because of its excellent properties such
as easy for decomposition、mill running、less impurity and strong
reactivity. The underling enterprise of Xunwu
Hongji Mineral Co., Ltd. has gained the right for exploitation and the gross
output of products has reached 10 thousand tons.
Our company invested a new product line adopting the advance overseas
production flow whose gross output was 10 thousand tons a
year and the products had been used for many rubber magnets such as magnetic
billboard、label and stationery. The product line can guarantee the quality of
products and avoiding pollution because all the line is in a condition of sealing. |
